Join us for our 4th annual UNK Lifting Competition to be held on Wednesday, May 1st from 3:00-6:00pm at the Wellness Center. Cost is $10 and preregistration can be found at recwell.unk.edu.
Lifts conducted will be squat, bench, and deadlift
Participants will be divided into divisions and weight classes
Final scores and awards ceremony will take place at the end of the event
