Jaylynn Graham

Biography

Jaylynn Graham, PLMHP, PCMSW joined the UNK Social Work Department as a full time lecturer in the Fall of 2020. Prior to this, she was an adjunct who taught Introduction to Social Welfare with UNK. Jaylynn received her Masters of Social Work Degree in 2018 from University of Nebraska in Omaha and completed two years of post degree as a school social worker. Jaylynn is a UNK Alumni with a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice and Minor in Social Work, she received that in 2005. Jaylynn provides students with hands on field experience of learning, as she has over 17 years of working in the Social Work field. Primarily her focus of direct service work has been in Child Welfare, she has also worked with all ages of individuals through child/adult protective services. Jaylynn has specialized training in Forensic Interviewing, and continues to be involved as an interviewer with child victims of sexual/physical abuse, and victims of sexual assault. Jaylynn brings an interactive learning style with textbook learning as well as hands on application.
