Grow the Good Life is a regional workforce and talent initiative led by the College of Business & Technology at the University of Nebraska at Kearney that brings together K–12 students, college students, faculty and staff, alumni, and employers, to strengthen career pathways, connect learning to real-world opportunities, and support long-term economic vitality across Nebraska communities.
Talent development doesn’t happen at a single moment. It is a continuous journey, from early awareness and skill-building through college, careers, and lifelong growth. GTGL brings these priorities together by helping learners see possibility, employers build capacity, and communities grow stronger.
