Qualtrics New Interface and Survey Builder

Qualtrics rolled out a new user interface late March. They also, provided an option to opt-in to a new version of their survey editor called Survey Builder. By the end of May, all users will be migrated permanently to the new survey builder.
The Changes are:
- A new user interface
- A new Survey Builder
- A new Navigation Menu
- A Project Catalog
- Improvements to Simple Charts
- Wording and naming convention changes
