Industrial Distribution is a big deal at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. After all, how many programs can boast a 100% placement rate? As impressive as this is, it didn’t happen overnight. In fact, one would have to go back many decades to understand how today’s UNK students are being uniquely prepared for the leadership roles over 1000 graduates currently enjoy.

Like Jami Koester and Whitney Kuta do for the technology side of the CBT, Amanda Ransdell “effectively assist(s) with the managing of all (the) programs” for the Nebraska Safety Center. All three ladies are essential to their departments. The idea was formed to create new drinks “named after the faces you see every day” at UNK. This gave the class the “sense of team” that Hollman was hoping for. Since the decision was made to use Brewed Awakening as part of this class project, Hollman explains that it’s “gotten quite a bit of steam.”
