Beds

All residence hall beds are Twin XL. All beds can raised, bunked or lofted. Bed measurements can be found on each residence hall detailed sheets found under the Housing Options page.   

Loft Rental

If residents wish to loft their bed, they must rent a loft from UNK Residence Life. Homemade or purchased third-party lofts are not permitted on campus.

The 2024-2025 Loft Order Form will be available May 1, 2024.

 

Loft Rental Prices

Order on or before June 30th = $140

Orders from July 1st to July 22nd = $160

Loft Rental set-up includes:

  • Two additional bed ends

  • Stabilizer bar

  • Guard rail

  • Two Clamps

  •  Four bed pins

Please note: Residents are not allowed to bring their own mattress to campus. All university furniture, including mattresses, must remain in the room/suite/apartment at all times.
