Our program currently has a student organization called CMO (Construction Management Organization). This organization has monthly meetings, which usually involve a guest speaker and a social activity.
Being involved in CMO can have the following benefits:
Looks great on a resume
Allows for networking with alumni working in the industry
Allows for tours of potential future employers' work environments
Creates friendship among construction management students
Skills can be learned that will benefit students out in the industry.

Each year the UNK Construction Management Student Organization sponsors a Golf Classic. This is an opportunity for company representatives to meet construction management students, faculty and alumni of the University of Nebraska-Kearney and to help raise support for our Construction Management Student Organization. This event takes place each fall.
