College of Education Computer Lab

The College of Education Computer Lab supports all UNK students and faculty.

Lab Hours:

• Monday:  8 am - 7 pm
• Tuesday:  8 am - 9 pm
• Wednesday:  8 am - 7 pm
• Thursday:  8 am - 9 pm
• Friday:  8 am - 5 pm
• Saturday-Sunday:  Closed

Lab Scheduling:

The computer lab is reserved for classes throughout the semester. A calendar located in the lab lists when the lab is reserved for classes.

Computer Software

The COE Computer Lab has Macintosh computers that boot to either MacOS or Windows. The following software is available on either operating system:

• Word Processing:  Microsoft Word
• Internet:  Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer
• Spreadsheet:  Microsoft Excel
• Presentation Software:  Microsoft PowerPoint
• Specialty Software:  Adobe Acrobat (full version on Select machines only), Inspiration, Kidspiration, GIMP
