As of April 8th, 2014, Windows XP was no longer supported by Microsoft or the UNK Network. If you are still using Windows XP, you will have to upgrade to Windows 7 or newer before you will be allowed access to the network. If you have any questions, contact the Helpdesk at (308)865-8363.
UNK is now using SecureW2 JoinNow for it's wireless configuration software. Click on the "Get SecureW2" button below to download the software. Run the program and follow the on-screen instructions to get connected to the eduroam wireless network.

If the above option doesn't work then proceed to option #2.
Step 1:Click the wireless bars in the bottom right corner
Step 2: A list of wireless networks should be listed. Click and select eduroam.
Step 3: Make sure "Connect automatically" is checked and then click the Connect button.
Step 4: You will be prompted to enter a username and password. You will login with your full student email address and password will be your EASI (LoperMail/Blackboard) password. See example below:
Step 5: If the the authentication was successful you will come to the certificate authentication option. At this screen click Connect.
Step 6: You should then be connected to eduroam.
