Your UNK ID Card is your key to campus life at UNK! It's your official student ID card, your Library Card, access into the Wellness Center, entrance into campus sponsored events & free ticket into regular season home Loper athletic events. If needed, it's also a door access card (iClass card) for campus buildings & residence halls.

Student ID Upload Instructions

online only students: You are not required/eligible for the standard UNK ID. You can request a non-photo UNK ID Card through eCampus. The card will have a stock photo where the student photo would normally be and will not work in campus readers. There is a $10.00 fee assessed per card. On campus students: submit your photo online or using your smartphone, please follow all of the instructions carefully:

Examples of acceptable and unacceptable photos

  1. Download the GET app or visit the GET website at
    https://get.cbord.com/unk/full/login.php
  2. Select “University of Nebraska Kearney” as your institution.
  3. Log in with your UNK credentials by using your full UNK email address
    (e.g. username@lopers.unk.edu) and password.
  4. PC/MAC users: Click "Upload ID Photo" under Quick Links.
    App users: Click Hamburger Menu Icon > Settings > upload/change photo.
  5. Follow all Photo Guidelines when submitting a photo:
    • Face forward, use white background with nothing else in background, no gestures,
      no sunglasses unless for medical purposes, no head-wear unless required under religious beliefs.
    • No professional photos allowed (i.e. senior pictures).
    • Photo must be JPEG, PNG, or GIF file type.
    • Maximum file size accepted is 1 MB.
  6. You must bring proper identification to pick up your I.D. Card. A valid driver's license, government-issued ID, military ID, or passport are acceptable forms of identification. The document must contain a photograph. The name that appears on the document must match the name on your student record.
