Join us for our third ever UNK Lifting Competition to be held on Tuesday, May 2nd from 4:00-6:00pm at the Wellness Center.
Lifts conducted will be squat, bench and deadlift.
Participants will be divided into divisions and weight classes.
Final scores and awards ceremony will take place at 5pm.
