Performance Training for the High School Athlete

This program is individualized for the high school athlete. Each athlete will receive initial training and performance evaluation to identify strengths and weaknesses.

Each individual or small group session will cover all aspects of athletic development including:

  •  Dynamic warm-up
  •  Injury Prevention
  •  Mobility
  •  Speed & Agility
  •  Lower Body Strength & Plyos
  •  Functional Strength Development
  •  Plus information on Nutrition, Sleep, Recovery & Mental Skills
