Materials:

Request an official transcript of ALL undergraduate and graduate coursework directly from any University or College previously attended EXCEPT in the case of UNK or NU coursework. (NU transcripts--UNO, UNL, and UNK--are obtained internally unless an academic or financial hold is on the account.  By virtue of submitting an application, the applicant is providing consent for internal access to these academic records).  All campuses attended should still be added on the Education History page of any application.

Once we receive all of the required materials and the application is complete, the Office of Graduate Studies and Research will conduct an initial evaluation. Applications meeting the requirements for admission to the graduate program will be forwarded to the appropriate department for evaluation. Following receipt of the departmental recommendation, official notification to the applicant will be made by the Office of Graduate Studies and Research of the action taken and admission status.
