Add early childhood to your existing teaching credentials
This online program is an additional endorsement intended for those who already have a bachelor’s degree in teaching, which can be in any subject or discipline. The number of credit hours you will need to complete in the program is dependent upon the teaching endorsement you currently hold.
The Early Childhood Inclusive additional endorsement will qualify you to teach children ages birth through 5 in special education settings and ages birth through 8 in regular education settings, preparing you to work within infant toddler programs, 0-3 sixpence programs, early intervention, early Head Start, Head Start, preschools (public or private), early childhood special education, and K-3 classrooms.
Prerequisites: Bachelor’s degree and a teaching certificate in any discipline
Students pursuing certification in other states must check with their State Department of Education for certification requirements.
