For send your request to webmaster@unk.edu. You can also view the support portal which contains searchable solutions to common requests that will be updated regularly.

This portal will allow us to better support our editors, track common issues and add new features based on our user's needs. Any emails sent to webmaster@unk.edu will automatically generate a ticket in the web support system. When you are sent a message via the support system you will be given a tracking link for the ticket. This will allow you to track the progress of your ticket including any communication related to the ticket, the person assigned to the ticket, and what stage the ticket is in.
