•ALL SUBMISSIONS FOR THE 2005-2006 CARILLON ARE DUE JANUARY 30, 2006!!
•Contributors may submit a total of 5 creative works.
•Fiction works cannot exceed 4000 words (approximately 14 pages, typed and double-spaced.)
•Poetry submissions cannot exceed 5 pages in length each.
•Contributors must be current enrolled undergraduate or graduate students at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
•Submissions must be typed, double-spaced, on 8.5x11-inch paper using Times New Roman 12pt. font.
•The following information must appear on the cover sheet:
-Contributor's Name
-Contributor's Address (both current and permanent)
-Contributor's Phone Number (both current and permanent)
-Contributor's Email Address (may also include secondary)
-Titles and categories of work(s) submitted
•Aside from on the cover sheet, contributors must NOT identify themselves in any way on any page of the text submitted.
•All submissions must be previously unpublished.
•As well as one hard copy of each submitted work, contributors must submit a 3.5 floppy disk containing each submitted work and the cover sheet. The disk must be labeled with the contributor's name,
•Instead of submitting a 3.5 floppy disk, contributors may submit a hard copy of all wrorks and submit an email attachment of all submitted works. The email attachment must be compatible with Microsoft Word®.
Submissions that do not meet any or all of the above submission criteria will be automatically disqualified. All contributors will be notified in regard of acceptance to the journal by March 1, 2006. If there are questions, please email Heather Stauffer at carillon@unk.edu.
