The UNK Student Alumni Foundation was established in 1981 as a liason between UNK students and the Alumni Association. Student Alumni Foundation programs are designed to promote networking between students, faculty, and alumni.
SAF meets once a month at a predetermined time in the Alumi House. SAF's projects include Finals Week Survival Kits, Outstanding Senior Awards, Sophomore Scholarship, Friends Program Valentine's Day Party, Alumni/Student Reception, Senior Appreciation Program, and many others including alumni awareness, and activities designed to facilitate student and alumni interaction.
