Participation in the Jazz-Rock Ensemble gives one an opportunity to gain understanding of and appreciation for big band, jazz, rock and improvisational styles. The Ensemble gives scheduled concerts and participates in an annual tour through Nebraska. Members must evidence proficiency in playing the trumpet, trombone, saxophone, piano, guitar, bass or drums.
