The Honors Student Advisory Board (HSAB) is comprised of members that have been selected for their commitment to the Honors Program and leadership potential from applicants within the UNK Honors Program. The group dually functions as the liaison between the Honors Faculty and Advisors to Honors Students, as well as the planning committee for various functions. HSAB has the important role of being the mediator between faculty and students, especially for issues involving Honors classes and curriculum. Generally, HSAB organizes a yearly semi-formal dance, spring barbeque, and multiple get-togethers specifically for the Honors Students.
Meetings will be held in the Men's Hall Basement or the Student Affairs Conference Room of the Memorial Student Affairs Building at 5:15 pm on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month. Emails will be sent out if there is a time or location change.
