What makes UNK a great choice for students?
UNK is a diverse campus that is great about encouraging students to get involved--learning experiences are offered both inside and outside the classroom.
What have you enjoyed the most in being a student at UNK?
My favorite things about being a student at UNK would be the various opportunities I have been presented, my classes and professors, being a Thompson Scholar, and the incredible friendships I have made. All of these factors have created an environment conducive to learning but includes a fun, social aspect that makes it all very enjoyable.
What are you looking forward to in being a TSLC Mentor?
I look forward to getting to know all of the new Thompson Scholars and creating friendships with them, having the opportunity to provide help in any way I can, and getting to re-experience Thompson Scholar events.
How would friends describe your personality?
Goofy but responsible, good sense of humor, intelligent (although I have my moments), passionate about the things I love, and very organized.
