Refunds are usually available the first week of class. After the start of classes, refunds from financial aid will be available 7-10 business days after the refund appears on your account. You may pick up your refund at the Finance Office at Founders Hall, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a picture ID. Sign up for Direct Deposit on MyBLUE to have Financial Aid sent directly to your bank account. After you login to MyBLUE click on Student Center and look for "MY Bank Info" under Finances.
