The SSS application allows you to apply for acceptance into the program.
SSS applications may be turned in to the SSS office year-round.

Grade Report
The SSS Grade Report is required for freshmen and students with a cumulative GPA below 2.0.
Please check with your SSS advisor about Grade Report due dates.

Please make sure all of your instructors complete and sign the Grade Report before turning it in to SSS.
Academic Plan
The SSS Academic Plan is required for all SSS students.
Please complete the Academic Plan with either your primary academic advisor OR your SSS advisor as you plan your upcoming semester schedule.
Please check with your SSS advisor about Academic Plan due dates to ensure that your plan is turned in on time.
