Registration must be postmarked five (5) working days before class. S.T.O.P. must be completed within thirty (30) days after receipt of the Ticket.
NO EXCEPTIONS!

Minor Traffic Violations means infractions as

provided in Neb. Rev. Stat. 60-682

but shall not included:

	speeding twenty (20) or more miles per hour over the speed limit
	leaving the scene of an accident
	driving under the influence of alcoholic liquor or drugs
	reckless driving or willful reckless driving

	participating in a speed competition
	operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest
	refusing a breath or blood test
	driving on a suspended or revoked operator's license

	operating a motor vehicle without insurance or other financial responsibility in violation of the Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Act
	any injury accident or any violation which is classified as a misdemeanor or a felony

YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE STOP PROGRAM IF YOU HOLD A COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE, (even if you are driving your personal vehicle), or if you have participated in a STOP Class in the last (3) three years

Eligibility requirements are the responsibility of the participant

If you do not wish to contest your citation.
If you have not participated in the Nebraska Safety Center
Safety Training Option Program in the last three (3) years.

STEPS FOR REGISTERING

Download and complete the registration form

Download form (Microsoft Word 2000 format)

Purchase a money order made out to the County Court of the County you were cited in for $48.00

Purchase a money order made out to the Nebraska Safety Center at UNK for one of the following:

One violation $125.00
Two violations $175.00
Three violations $225.00

Make a copy of your citation and your license.

mail the completed registration form, the copy of the citation and your license, along with the two money orders to:

1st Saturday (8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) NEBRASKA CITY
2nd Tuesday (6:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m.) FALLS CITY
3rd Sunday (1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.) NEBRASKA CITY
4th Monday (6:00pm - 10:00pm) AUBURN

Richardson County Court House 1719 Stone Street Falls City, NE 68355 Held at this location on the 2nd Tuesday
