What is the STOP Program?
The Safety Training Option Program(STOP) offered by the Nebraska Safety Center is a class that is offered to individuals who have been ticketed for committing a minor traffic violation.
What are my options if I am cited?
If a person is cited for one of these minor violations, they have the option of taking an 4 hour course.
What are the benefits of this class?
By participating in the course the violator pays no fine, has no court appearance, has no points assessed against their record and can improve their driving habits!
