Van Driver Course

What is the Van Driver Course?

Van Driver Training is a course is offered to the general public, church groups, daycare providers, schools, or anyone who uses a 15/12/10 passenger van to transport people. It focuses on a van’s vehicle dynamics (such as size, length, weight, and weight transfer), speed, steering, control, tendency to roll over, as well as a driver’s risk, liability, perception, distractions, and other characteristics unique to van driving. Our classes are small, limited to no more than 15 students in the classroom and one-on-one with the Instructor On-Street.

Our course consists of 3 hours of classroom study and 1 hour of On-Street driving. Passing the course results in a Certificate of Completion which can be used for insurance purposes or given to the Student’s employer. The classes are conducted on a regular scheduled basis; however, can also be taught with group rates and special classes.
