The Office of Residence Life is accepting Resident Assistant applications for the 2015-2016 academic year, to begin in August 2015.
Application available: Friday, January 9, 2015
Application and resume due: Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 5:00 PM
You must have contact information for two (2) references when completing the application. One (1) must be a current Residence Life staff member (includes Resident Assistants, Graduate Hall Directors, Complex Directors, and the Assistant/Associate Director of Residence Life).

In addition to completing the RA application form, all candidates are required to submit a current resume. Resumes should be emailed to email@example.com. Candidates will receive confirmation of their resume being received within 1-2 business days.
The RA interview process for 2015-2016 will consist of two interviews:
First round interview: This will be a 30 minute interview and will take place between February 2-12, 2015. You will be interviewed by a Graduate Hall Director or Complex Director and current Resident Assistants. The dress for this interview is business casual attire. You will be contacted prior to February 2, 2015 to set up an interview time.
After all first round interviews have been completed, the RA Selection Committee will determine which candidates will be invited for a second round interview.
Second round interview: This will be a 30 minute interview and will take place between February 17 - March 5, 2015. You will be interviewed by a combination of Graduate Hall Directors, Complex Directors, and other Residence Life staff members. The dress for this interview is business attire. If selected for a second round interview, you will be contacted prior to February 17, 2015 to set up an interview time.
Attendance at an RA information session is highly encouraged, but not required. An overview of the RA position, including typical duties and responsibilities, will be presented. There will also be an opportunity to have any questions answered by members of the RA Selection Committee.
