This Community Style hall was recently renovated in 2010. Originally, Men's Hall was built as a WPA
project in the late Depression as part of Franklin D. Roosevelt’s New Deal. Its distinctive Art-Deco design has netted it a space on the National Register
of Historic Places. At various times it has contained faculty offices, the
campus library, and a cafeteria, but it has been restored to its original use
as a residence hall. Despite the name, the Hall is co-educational.
Men's Hall houses
students who participate in the Honors Program. Men’s hall offers a wide
variety of room sizes for one to three students. Men’s offers’ 1930’s
architecture with a dramatic fireplace lobby with both a community kitchen and
computer lab. If your room is on the north side you have a
great indoor seat to watch football games and other outdoor field events. The
basement includes a study area, game room and laundry facilities.
