  1.   All equipment check-outs and check-ins will go through

  2.  Only Hall Directors or Resident Advisors may check out equipment, unless express permission is
     given by a member of Central Staff.

  3.  All items must be returned clean, undamaged, and with all accessories.  The check-out
     person/organization/hall will be financially responsible for cleaning/repair/replacement if necessary.

  4.  All items must be picked up by 5:00 pm on the day reserved, and returned to the office for check-
     in by 12:00 pm noon on the designated return day.  Check-in must be done by a staff member;
     the items cannot simply be dropped off.

  5.  Supplies for food equipment will be provided free of charge by the Office of Residential and Greek
     Life, IF the event it is being used for is not selling the food.  If a fee will be charged for the food at
     the event, then we will provide the machine only, and food supplies must be provided by the
     event host at their own cost.  Special situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis through a
     Central Staff member.

  6. There will be no “swapping” of equipment between groups over weekends.  If this is done without the knowledge of the Office of Residential and Greek Life, we will still hold the original check-out person physically and financially responsible for the safe return of all items.  Special situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis through a Central Staff member.

 *We reserve the right to deny any item to be checked-out.
