Communication Program Suggestions

The Department of Communication offers instruction in the following sequences:

Advertising & Public Relations

Journalism

Multimedia

Organizational & Relational Communication

Sports Communication

Depending on the sequence selected, students will be exposed to instruction in desktop publishing, audio and video production, mass media research, copy writing, communications law, oral communications, media sales, interviewing, small group communication, advertising, reporting, multimedia development, media effects and media management.

The following applies to all majors above, except Multimedia.
