Grading Information


The Office of the University Registrar collects end of term grades each semester. Early-term grades are also required to be submitted by faculty in the Fall and Spring semesters for full-semester courses. Grades are submitted electronically by the faculty via MyBLUE.

Early-Term Grading

All faculty submit early-term grades electronically for fall and spring full-semester courses. The grade reflects the student’s grade at the end of the sixth week of the semester. Early-term grades are for informational and advising purposes to ensure students receive early feedback on course performance.

Early-term grades do not impact academic standing or grade point average and they do not appear on official transcripts.

End of Term/Final Grading

At the end of each term or session, grades are submitted electronically by the faculty via MyBLUE.  During the Fall and Spring semesters, grades are finalized on the Student Information System the week following the end of the semester. During the Summer term, grades are posted to the Student Information System every four weeks.
