Degree Programs

Students are required to meet the degree requirements in place at the time of matriculation. If a student takes longer than five calendar years to complete a degree, UNK reserves the right to require the student to meet the most recent requirements for graduation. Curriculum changes or modifications require that all new program requirements be met regardless of coursework previously completed.

Students who matriculate at a Nebraska Community College, and then transfer to UNK within three years, will be allowed to meet the degree requirements that were in place at UNK at the time of their matriculation at the Community College.

The undergraduate degrees offered at UNK are listed in the "Academics" section of the UNK Undergraduate Catalog, along with the specific requirements of each degree. Students should carefully review this section of the catalog to determine specific degree requirements. Students with questions regarding their program of study should contact the Academic and Career Services or the Office of Student Records and Registration.
