The following schedule is for students planning to attend UNL. The optimum time at UNK is generally one year. While certain courses taken during a second year may transfer, there are architectural course sequences which must be started at the sophomore level in order to complete the program on schedule. Application for transfer to UNL should be made by February 15. Students not planning to attend UNL should visit with an advisor at the school of their choice as soon as possible to decide which courses taken here at UNK are most beneficial. Students not wanting to transfer might consider a major in Construction Management in the Department of Industrial Technology or a major in Visual Communication & Design in the Department of Art.
