Outstanding Student Organization Leader
The Outstanding Student Organization Leader Award is given to an individual who has demonstrated outstanding leadership within their organization. The criteria for selection includes quality of leadership, mutual respect among peers and administrators, dedication to the improvement of campus life, and the ability to promote leadership development at the University of Nebraska - Kearney.
The recipient of this award is a student who demonstrates leadership in all organizations he is involved with. Not many people know what it takes to build an organization from the ground up and those who take on the task must have determination, have a good work-ethic, and are internally motivated. This individual has been awarded Outstanding Student Organization Leader for his work with Phi Delta Theta and the countless hours he put in to building this organization from the ground up.
The Outstanding Student Organization Leader for 2013 is Pierrie Jefferson.
