The Outstanding Student Organization Award is given to the student organization that demonstrated consistent flexibility, initiative, creativity, and perseverance. This organization made a meaningful contribution to the students, the University, and/or the surrounding community. This organization will have organized activities, events, and programs that have had a significant impact on the quality of campus life at UNK.

The organization receiving this award exemplifies that it means to be a student organization at UNK through their organizational values: Scholarship, Leadership, Service, Character Development, Loyalty, and Sisterhood. Because of that commitment, the organization of over 90 students obtained a GPA above 3.40, donated $10,000 to their foundation,  works approximately 2000 community service hours every academic year, and invested money in their first leadership development retreat which 40 members benefited from.
