Outstanding Emerging Leader


The Emerging Leader Award recognized a freshman or sophomore who has excelled in their organization and has demonstrated true leadership qualities.  The selection of the award will be based on his/her overall involvement within their organization, leadership initiatives, and overall contribution to the UNK community. 

 

This year, the individual who received this award is involved in several organizations at UNK including, but not limited to, Alpha Phi Sorority and Student Government.  Not only is she a member of those organizations, but for most of them she holds a leadership position on their executive boards.  Lastly, in just two years at UNK, she has made significant strides in her roles to make the organizations she is part of better for all students. 

 

The Outstanding Emerging Leader for 2012 is Kiley Dibbern.
