The Helpdesk will provide support to students in the following areas:
Computer Clean-up Policy(see Computer Clean-up Policy under Related Pages) $125 removal charge for viruses, ad-aware, and spyware(no peer-to-peer application will be removed unless it is blocking the network connection) $100 charge for reformatting a computer ITS Helpdesk responsibility with a reformatting Will reinstall the operating system Student responsibility with a reformatting must back up their files on the computer must provide operating system software must reinstall any application software(i.e. Office, iTunes, antivirus software
