What do you do if you get an Office 2007 file and you cannot open it?
If you are an Office 2003 user on the PC, you will need to download the Compatibility Pack, or go to http://its.unk.edu/training and click on the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack under Downloads.
If you use Office 2004 on the MAC, you can download this converter for Word documents. The new Office 2008 for the MAC should be out sometime in July 2007.
