A terms and conditions form must be signed and returned to the Finance Office to open a Loper Dollars account. Students under 18 must have the Loper Dollars Agreement signed by a parent.
The Finance Office (308-865-8423) can answer questions regarding policies, Loper Dollars declining balance account, account statements, and other available services. The Finance Office is located in the southwest corner of Founders Hall and open Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
