The Frank House is the historic home on the campus of the University of Nebraska at Kearney. The home's museum status supports the University goals for outreach and engagement. The museum's mission is to preserve and share the historic and aesthetic values of the Frank House connecting past, present and future generations.

Bobbie McKenzie and Lola Hoagstrom present this Frank Talk about the Kearney architectural structures designed in the 1800’s by the architect of the Frank House. You’ll be surprised to see how many can be seen around town today!
April 3, Victorian Easter Egg Hunt
Children aged 3-9 and accompanied by an adult, are invited to celebrate the coming of spring with traditional egg decorating and an Easter egg hunt. Dr. Jason Combs, a certified appraiser and an assistant professor of geography at UNK , shares his knowledge of America’s material culture. Dr. Combs owns Burr Oak Antiques and Appraisals and has published three articles about antiques/material diffusion in "Material Culture." The articles are titled "The Antiques Trade: The Diffusion of America's Cultural Patrimony," "The Internet's Impact on the Antiques Trade" and "Trading America's Past on eBay: The Case Study of Northwood Carnival Glass and Roseville Pottery."
