Approximately 30% of all FAFSAs submitted to the Department of Education will be selected for a process called "Verification." If your FAFSA is selected for verification you will be required to submit additional documentation to UNK in order for UNK to award your financial aid. If your FAFSA is selected, UNK will notify you by email, followed by regular mail, to let you know that additional documenation is required.
