Daisy Kuskie Family Scholarship
This scholarship was established for one incoming freshman student in the College of Business and Technology. Students must have a declared major in the department of Industrial Technology, with first preference given to Construction Management majors, and have a cumulative gpa of 3.0 or above.
Freshman Frontier Communications Scholarship
The two recipients of this scholarship will be incoming freshmen students in the department of Industrial Technology. Students must have a declared major in Telecommunications Management, have been accepted and enrolled in ITEC 150 and 110 during their first semester at UNK, and have demonstrated academic ability, professionalism in attitude, character, quality of academic work and quality of communication skills.
Dora Day Industrial Technology Scholarship
This scholarship will be awarded to two full-time incoming freshmen students at UNK. Students must have a cumulative gpa of 2.5, must be graduates of Kearney High or Kearney Catholic, and must have a major or minor in Industrial Technology. Financial need will be a consideration.
Larry Ludden Industrial Education Scholarship
The Larry Ludden scholarship was established to provide financial assistance to two incoming freshmen students who are majoring in Industrial Education. Selection will be based on previous experience in high school industrial education and the students’ cumulative gpa.
