In an effort to maintain permanent records on accepted information, policies, and procedures, a Facilities Management and Planning Policies and Procedures Manual will be kept for the department. This manual is to contain background information on the department including organization, mission statement, etc. In addition, policies and procedures are included.
Copies of the policies and procedures manuals are kept in the Facilities Management and Planning Office.
This information is also available in a special team member area on the Facilities’ web page.
If a team member wishes to add a policy or procedure, they must submit it to their respective supervisor who in turn will submit it to the Director's Administrative Assistant, who will present it at the regular staff meeting for review. Please follow the format of other Policies and Procedures.
Procedural additions/changes or changes/additions to the information section will be reviewed and approved by the Director of Facilities Management and Planning.
