What is the Wellness Wallet?

The goal of this assignment is to create a well-rounded understanding of the different wellness dimensions discussed in class. The dimensions of wellness used in this assignment are the social, physical, and intellectual dimensions. The term wallet invokes a hope that through attendance at these events students will view their participation as an investment into their future.

How to Complete the Assignment

Step One: Check out the Wellness Wallet calendar to see the approved events.

Step Two: Choose which events to attend. Students are responsible for attending one event in each dimension. Therefore, completion of this assignment requires attendance at three separate events. The Rec Center Punch Card is an exception to this step. Completion of an entire punch card will count as completion of the physical dimension.

Step Three: Download the Event Verification form before the event. Complete the top section of the form, print the form, and bring it to the event.

Step Four: Before leaving the event, receive the appropriate stamp on the Event Verification form.

Step Five: Complete the bottom section of the event verification form.

Step Six: Attend one social, one intellectual, and one physical wellness dimension events following the above steps. Once all forms are completed submit the forms to the Health Promotion office in MSAB 130.
