Coping Skills Group:
This group is intended for any student who is already in counseling at the Counseling Care center and has a desire to enhance healthy ways of coping with life stress. Group will address how to live a quality life by living in the present moment and how to regulate emotions. Please ask your individual counselor about this group and how it would fit for you.
Advanced Coping Skills Group:
This is a continuation to the basic coping skills group. You must have completed one semester of basic coping skills group. This group will focus more on building the skills you learned in your previous coping skills group. Please talk with your individual counselor regarding this group.
