1. I don't think I am receiving all of my eSHOP-related email.
In eSHOP, email notifications are sent to you
according to your eSHOP Profile email preferences. If you are not
receiving email notifications you wish to receive, first check your eSHOP
Profile. You may have changed your preferences to reduce or eliminate

Second, check your Junk Mail folder to see if eSHOP notifications are being incorrectly diverted there instead of your Inbox. If you find this is the case, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your Safe Senders list. (Click here to watch a short instructional video on adding eSHOP to your Safe Senders List.)
