The University of Nebraska at Kearney reaffirms its policy of administering all educational programs, related support services and benefits in a manner that does not discriminate on the basis of a student's or prospective student's age, color, disability, family status (under FMLA), genetic information, marital status, national or ethnic origin, political affiliation, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or veteran status.
Furthermore, the University commits itself to encourage greater involvement of those individuals traditionally underrepresented in the student body and to establish organization structures and procedures that assure all students equal access to the facilities and educational benefits of the institution.
