Technology Helpdesk

The objective of the Technology Helpdesk is to provide first level technology support for faculty, staff and students of the University.  It is the responsibility of the Technology Helpdesk staff: 

  • To provide prompt and convenient responses to technology issues via phone, e-mail, an online request form, and walk-in support 
  • To gather necessary information to perform immediate basic troubleshooting solutions 
  • And when necessary, process a request by logging a workorder into a tracking database that is assigned to an ITS specialist or technician
