UNK CSIS Digital Media Lab

Made possible by funding from the Kelly Grant, the New Media Lab aims to get students thinking creatively about modern computing strategies and help them pursue their own project ideas and research. The lab consists of many interesting components and devices available freely for students who can think of good uses for them (a full inventory can be found below).

The New Media Lab is about more than just making new technology available to students, it’s about encouraging new and unusual ideas and creative thought processes. Throughout the year, New Media Lab students will be holding workshops to introduce students to new technology and
get them excited about making things themselves.
