CSIS Research
Publications & Presentations

CSIS faculty and students have a long history of successful presentations locally, regionally, and nationally. In 2013, students traveled to Wisconsin for MICS. In 2012, students traveled to Utah for NCUR and Iowa for MICS. In 2011, students traveled to New York for NCUR and Minnesota for MICS.  In 2010, students traveled to Montana to participate in NCUR and Wisconsin for MICS. In 2008, 2009, and 2012, CSIS had more student posters in the Computer Science category presented at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) than any other university in the nation!

Faculty members are always actively looking for students to participate in the Undergraduate Research Fellow program (with pay), as well as the Summer Student Research Program (also with pay). Check out the undergraduate research opportunities available at UNK.

Students also conduct research in class projects and labs.
