The United States Citizenship and Immigration Service regulations require that UNK maintain accurate, current information on all enrolled international students. The information on this form will be kept confidential in your student file. As required, certain information will be submitted to USCIS for the mandatory electronic Student Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS). Your information must be entered in SEVIS to maintain valid immigration status. Please complete the form below. If ANY of your information should change, please contact the International Student Services Office (Welch Hall) within 10 days. It is important to maintain this information, as a failure to report a change could jeopardize your status.
